Is it necessary to do a clean install

I installed openSUSE 11 when it was in it’s beta stage and I’ve been keeping it up to date to this point. I’m wondering if it’s ok to continue using this installation or would it be best to do a clean install of the final released version. Could anyone give me some suggestions? My installation is running fine, even with KDE4.1, which is really improving nicely.

Not necessary to do a clean install
Just make sure you have the oss and non-oss, update repo’s for GM 11
