Is downloads.opensuse.org down?

I can ping downloads.opensuse.org, but I can neither load it into my web browser, nor update my package manager. Is it my local issue or downloads.opensuse.org is down now?

I can’t refresh my repo lists either, looks like it’s broken from here in Germany.

I can update my package manager now. Looks like the problem has gone.
