Hi. I am using Linux suse11 2.6.25.5-1.1 with KDE 3.5.9 “release 49.1”.
When i point some video files,like .avi or .mpg appears Kdialog popup window, whith suggestion of “Search a suitable codec”.If i choose yes, popup goes to here.
But i already install xvid from packman repository (version 1.1.3), fluendo codecs and mplayer. So in fact, i have no problems with multimedia playback 
How i can disable kdialog popup windows ?

Are you saying that this occurs when browsing/opening the files in Konqueror?
Yes.That`s right. Also this problem occur when you choose file properties and preview tab.
