I installed the iprint client listener and attempted to do a printer install. After I confirmed to install a printer, Firefox just hung. Anyone know if this is an iprint issue or Firefox issue?
Ideas on a workaround?
could it be the related driver is not getting pushed as it should?
I haven’t used iPrint on a Linux client yet, but I’ll give this a test and report back… Is it a Novell print server you are using or other setup?
Looking at the code, it seems that iPrint is unhappy running against Cups 1.3.7. If you de-install cups and install Cups 1.2.12, you may have more luck.
I tried this (having the same issue), and it still hangs.
