IPP request CUPS-Get-Printers failed on wxmaxima 0.8.1

I’m using OpenSuSe 11.1 32 bits

I installed maxima 5.17.0 and subsequently wxmaxima 0.8.1 by using these packages:

Webpin

Everything works great, except that when I run wxmaxima from a terminal I get the following message:

** (wxmaxima:6926): WARNING **: IPP request CUPS-Get-Printers failed with status 1030

Naturally printing is disabled under the wxmaxima menu. I tried reinstalling wxmaxima, but I got the same result.

Does anyone know how to solve this?
