ip of Suse Server for net-install

Hi,

can someone please tell me the IP of the Suse Server for the net-install?

I prepared a bootable USB-Stick according to the manual here and it boots fine. Then, I choose network installation>http

In the manual it says, I should note the server name and enter it here (that would be http :// download.opensuse.org). However, my installer does not accept any server names but insists on an ip-address (perhaps because the DHCP didn’t work).

Try 195.135.221.130.
It usually uses the closest mirror to you.
If you have a network with dns and dhcp etc working the network install works like clockwork.
You need a basic netwirk with gateway setup to use the net install.
