Please help
I installed 11.2 on VMware 6.03. My os is windows 7.
When I try to go online a pop up showed up
“Ip conflict address”
You have an IP in the openSUSE installation that probably matches an IP on some other device on the LAN, or if it’s just one computer, that matches the windows 7 installation.
Make the IP of openSUSE different, give it a fixed IP that’s different from all the other IPs.
Check the Suse IP by opening a console window and running this command:
sudo /sbin/ifconfig
Check a windows IP by opening a command cmd window and running this command:
ipconfig
