I have installed MotionEye on a Raspberry Pi. Motion is the underlying software, and MotionEye adds a very nice web interface (Note MotionEyeOS is further bundled on a bespoke Linux version I think and so don’t use it). My system, as configured, supports both an on board camera, and multiple IP cameras including one based on an Arduino M5Cam board.

Neither Motion or MotionEye appear to be immediately installable via YaST with the standard openSUSE repositories.
