It has been broken for years, then it got fixed only to become broken again now. This is what I receive in notifications:

Do you account for possibility that people who use this forum may use languages other than English?

Thanks for sending this along - after we’ve got the more serious issues
resolved, we’ll try to get some attention on the less serious (ie, things
that aren’t “the forums aren’t responding” sorts of things) issues.
