i need to get out of this loop - i need to start the terminal - but how!?

i remember that i have had this error month ago -

the issu was that the logfiles were tooo much -

i rememer that i

  1. rm -rf /var/log/*
  2. dmesg -c
  3. reboot Since this works,

or the folliwng thing is possible…

sudo /etc/cron.daily/logrotate

question - how to start the terminal?
