i have configured the network as far as i can but when i click into samba shares and my home network comes up i click into the home network and the the available computers and printers are shown but when i click to open a site it just shows 0 files i have tried to share all files within my encrypted network but im still not doing something right. the same sites show up and all files are shared on my Windows computers and printers. what am i missing or doing wrong? im using open suse 11.3 and KDE and Samba Shares.
I’m not sure what are You trying to do exactly. Do You want to share files on Your openSUSE so that they are accessible from Windows computers or do You want to access Windows shares with your openSUSE ?
