Internet Connection Sharing

I receive connection over LAN, DSL Router with username and password. I want to share this connection to my wi-fi usb (which is also pluged in on the same computer) in order to have wireless ad-hoc access to internet for other devices.
How can I do it over ifup?

so you have router which is sending also wireless signals and your laptop doesn’t have a wireless device and you use this wifi usb. Is that a correct assumption?
Then your router(if it’s a router and not just modem) should provide a local ip address in your home network to any device which is able to connect to it assuming that it has the credentials. If you provide more details will be able to hopefully help you figure this out.

Use YaST for configuring your wireless device (in Ad-Hoc mode):
