Internal Microphone Not Working on OpenSUSE (Only External Mic Detected)

A question for you. Are all these in the file at the same time?? or are you saying you tried them one by one? Putting all in at the same time is in most cases not a good idea (IMHO).

I had more than one dmic_detect line in the file at first.
