Internal error in Expert Partitioner

Installed LEAP 42.3 with all updates. When entering the Expert Partitioner, I get this error:

Error
Internal error. Please report a bug report with logs.
Run save_y2logs to get complete logs.
Details: key not found: “partitions”
Caller: /usr/share/YaST2/modules/FileSystems.rb:2071:in `fetch’

The same happens when I open the Boot Loader Configuration.

Any special file system ie dual boot with other OS? RAID? Encryption?

Fresh install or upgrade?

No dual boot, fresh install on a new system. No encryption, software RAID1.

You should had you experience to the report. It is sometime hard to figure out the hardware combination that triggers these things.
