I managed to install OpenSUSE on a bios raid10 setup of 4 sata discs on a new Intel X58DSO. All seems to work great until I try to boot the system and nothing happens. My guess is grub is not installed in the right place. The installer says it cannot determine the exact order of the disks to install the boot loader but I manually set it to install on the raid Volume0.
Any ideas on how to find out what’s wrong and/or where I’m supposed to install grub and/or how to manually install grub on a bios raid volume?
