I have a Dell XPS 14Z laptop and installed openSUSE 12.1 on it. I needed Mesa 8 and Kernel 3.2+ to use the new VMware 3D acceleration in for Virtual Machines.
So I installed the updated kernel from Tumbleweed and now I have to graphical acceleration except when using bumblebee (nvidia optimus), which I managed to get working with a bit of tweaking and online tutorials.
How do I get the Intel driver working?
gxlgears/glxinfo returns:
