Hi All,

I can run the app from the desktop. It crashes on start. I tried uninstalling and reinstalling Java w/o success. The bug report is too long to insert.
-Noob
I run it from a terminal with this command:
nohup ~/Azureus\ Downloads/app/vuze/vuze 2&>1 >./logfile.log &
I installed it in this directory:
~/Azureus\ Downloads/app/vuze/
so check where you installed it with this command:
find ~ -name vuze
check to see if it has rwx rights for the user. If not change rights like this:
chmod 700 ./vuze (you have to be in that directory)
There is a way to create a shortcut but I got used to start it from the terminal.
good luck

so pacman is installed ? - using yast – as per the instructions ?
then open yast/“add or remove software”
type in vuze into the search
and put a check in the check box
say “yes”
installed .
