Hello, I’ve been getting an "FMOD failed to initialize … Error initializing output device. " on a game that requires Unity and from what I know this means that my audio drivers are out of date. I’ve looked, but I still have no idea of how I would update them or what I would update them to. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Do you mean “Unity” as in Ubuntu Unity? If so, you may want to try this question on Ubuntu’s forums. Else, please explain more in depth what the procedures before and after the resulting error message. As well, what version of openSUSE, if it is updated, etc…
Sorry, I didn’t mean ubuntu’s unity. There is no error message, I just got that information from the player.log file and I’m using opensuse 13.2.
If a game (which) require Unity you are not going to find it on openSUSE. AFAIK there is no port for unity yet.
