I am having trouble installing Skype either using Yast or download from Skype site. Yast says file is broken. Downloading into Discover from the Skype website can’t open the file.
Can anyone help?

Maybe its not broken but Yast/zypper is saying, that Yast/zypper can not verfy the Signatur???
That is because the key is not included by Yast/zypper…
You can ignore that.
And please post the real error…
Tried using zypper. Package is unsigned. Tried ‘ignore’, apparently installation completed. Package is listed in KDE Application menu but clicking fails to open. Code from terminal below: Looks like package libQtWebKit.so.4 is not downloaded and installed
sudo zypper install skype

Skype Version 7 and older will be dropped from support in November.
So install the actual one:
zypper ar -f https://repo.skype.com/rpm/stable/ skype
zypper in skypeforlinux
And please do not break any dependencies. That will be producing errors…
That’s worked OK. Thanks very much. Just need to get the camera working now…
