installing OpenSuse 11.0

Currently I’m using OpenSuse 10.3. I downloaded the 11.0 version and I was not able to install it. In fact I’m not sure if i burned the CD as an ISO file. I tried again this time I did from windows as I was not sure id the linux tools are reliable. I was not able to install 11.0 as it would start and then after half hour nothing would happen. I hard rebooted the machine few times and no luck. Now i’m back on 10.3 and I want to download again the file and burn it again. My Cd locked in with a disk after i tried to verify if md3sums against the initial disk. now it’s stuck inside.
I ran the command:

and got this:
dmesg |tail

dmera;

I assume you are concerned with the jammed CD. The above messages are from your
firewall and have nothing to do with a jammed CD. If you can not release the
CD by pressing the “eject button” on the CD drive, it is possible to manually
force an eject. There should be a small hole in the front of the drive in
which you can insert a small rigid wire to release the latch (a straightened
paper clip works well). Whatever you do, do not force the tray or you may be
buying a new drive.
