Hi, I’m currently doing some computer graphics classes and I need mesa 10.6 or newer for it. Unfortunately I can’t manage to install it.
I already followed the instructions on http://www.mesa3d.org/install.html, but the version of the mesa have not changed after.
Can anyone give me some help?

Mesa is rather low level library so updating it may break your system (at least GUI part of it). You may consider using Tumbleweed or Leap which have Mesa 11.0.
If you wish to keep your present system, you could back it up (so if restoring need arises from any failed attempt with the following), and then add the correct repo for you from here: http://download.opensuse.org/repositories/X11:/XOrg/openSUSE_13.2/
That will update the userspace portion of your graphics stack (xorg and mesa)
