I chose
Do Not install in both cases
You should use KDE:Applications too.
The reason is that kwallet in KDE:Frameworks5 requires a newer gpgme, but the standard packages are built against the older.
(in your case it’s mainly kdebase4-runtime that would get removed, but is required by all KDE4 applications so they will get removed too).
I’m just wondering why some of the packages in your list are in version 16.12.1? (and the others the standard 16.08.2 from 42.2)

Looks fine now.
Probably you added KDE:Applications in the past already and that’s where you got the 16.12.1 versions from, but removed it at some point?
Anyway, the update should work now, you may have to accept some vendor changes though I suppose.
Or better do a full switch to KDE:Applications (and KDE:Frameworks if you haven’t already).
