Have been trying to install my HP C6380 wireless printer, and when I give the IP address for it, it finds it, and then when I tell it to install it gives and error, “add user to IP groups”. the printer was installed once and worked okay, it just all of a sudden after some new updates were added stopped working all together…what do I have to do…
