Installing Google Phone plugin failing

I’m trying to install the google-talk_plugin_current_x86_64.rpm using KPackageKit on openSUSE 11.4, but it always fails with this message

Media source ‘http://download.opensuse.org/distribution/11.4/repo/oss/’ does not contain the desired medium

How to overcome this problem and get this plugin to install?

Please do not use Kpackage kit. Disable it at least, but deinstalling it might wishold you from using it in the future.
