Installing gimp ask me to downgrade things

on my laptop with leap 15.6 running KDE I would like to install gimp but yast propose me this
https://paste.opensuse.org/pastes/4229769ca380
is it safe to downgrade all these things or there is a way to install gimp without downgrade things?

You could use flatpak? https://flathub.org/en/apps/org.gimp.GIMP

This is gimp 2.10.38 because gimp 3.x has not worked with my Leap 15.6.

Now I have update gimp in my Repo for the graphics-Repo version, but that does not build in Leap 15.6. So I have disabled the build for Leap 15.6, but it has not deleted the old packages in the Repo.

But why have you enabled my Repo?

Disable my Repo and install gimp from the OSS Repo.

manythanks, I installed your repo for aeskulap and gparted, I don’t like flatpak so I prefere to use repositories, I installed gimp 2.10.30 from OSS and it works, I downgraded ghostscript and I don’t knw if it will be ok for everything, is there other way to install gimp 3 from other than flatpack?

maybe over the graphics Repo, but I do not do that. in Leap 15.6.

Less Repos are often more…

Well changes with the latest gimp is not really noticeable.
Why not just stick on the working gimp provided by openSUSE 15.6
