I used it, so it must be there somewhere.
I first go to expert mode, starting with the existing partitioning. And then importing becomes an option.

I just tried this.
Expert partitioner (start with existing partitions).
Near the top left of the screen there is a “System” menu. Click on that, and you will see the “Import Mount Points” option.
Yes, this is a change from how it was handled with 15.2.
