I installed to the HD from the Live-CD. I now have around 3.2 GB installed. I know the full package is 4.2+ GB. Am I at a disadvantage by installing from the Live CD? Should I delete and start over and download the full ISO?
How will my present install be limited?
It’s early days for you. So you’ll be fine. The cd will have added the full OS repo’s and you will likely add others eg:

The only real disadvantage of the CD is it does not have a repair feature. But there are more than one way to skin a Cat. You’ll be fine.
