Installed Opensuse from a mounted disk image in Win7 now wont boot

I used virtual clonecd to install the current opensuse live dvd. now when i boot it wont load suse or windows 7. i get

Booting GRLDR…
Turning on Gate A20…Success
Starting cmain() …

then it just sits there and never boots anything. i could but a disk but my computer doesnt like to run disks. I have a windows 7 disk that wont read because of my disk drive. is there any way for me to fix this?

You can not do that…

You broke both Linux and Windows. Only solution is proper reinstall. Please read instructions before using :slight_smile:

Any attempt to repair this will be much easier if you fix this first.

A replacement CD/DVD drive is cheap, Is the system set to boot from CD before hard disk in the BIOS ?
Even if your OS is dead you should be able to retrieve important data, if you need to.
