Text does not scroll properly in terminal windows or in any KDE4 application window including Yast’s windows.
When I scroll up or down the text either rolls in the upper line or two in a window or the lower line or two and nothing rolls in the middle.
This is frustrating and I cannot find a fix…
Can anyone help?

did you md5sum check the iso prior to burning it to disk?
and, check the media after burning?
i ask because yours is not a typical problem…
sounds like it might be a graphic chip problem…i wonder if yours is
a VERY new machine, and this is the first attempted install on such…
tell us about your hardware…but, first tell us how you determined
your install media was 100% perfect.
