Installation of package failed

Yast2 Online Update lists two Needed Patches:

openSUSE-2015-543 - Security update for the Linux Kernel
openSUSE-2015-686 - Security update for the Linux Kernel

Unfortunately:

Installation of package failed.
Subprocess failed. Error: RPM failed: installing
Abort

That isn’t much information to go on. Can someone help me troubleshoot or point me to documentation that shows how? TIA!

What about trying from the command line with zypper, it may provide
additional info;


zypper ref
zypper in -t patch openSUSE-2015-543

or just use

zypper up
