Hello,
Installation of an app (kaffeine) fails with the message
Please insert medium [openSUSE-20200701-0] #1 and type ‘y’ to continue or ‘n’ to cancel the operation.
Why would I need an installation disk? What would be on the disk that’s not online in the repos?
Very annoying if I have to make another disk & keep track of it for this purpose.

Hi and welcome to the Forum 
You still have the install media repository active, just disable via YaST Repository Management or via the command line with zypper mr.
Thank you very much for pointing out the obvious to me. Well, it would have been obvious, if my neurons had all been firing. 
I appreciate the help. I likely would have scrabbled around for hours before stumbling across the solution on my own.
