As I said: look at the links at the end of the article.

i start to install but the install progrmm says the kerne lhas been compile with the version gcc4.4.1 and i try to compile with the verxion gcc4.4 so when i continus it’s scratching!
what can i do?

What happens exactly, can you post the error or whatever you see?
i have no error
my terminal session crashes
> i have no error

I’m afraid that I cannot even imagine what the reason is. I never saw a
terminal session crash when a compilation fails.
Hmmm vmware server install is still messed up. I highly advise trying Sun’s VirtualBox. VMware does not seem interested in updating their server install. If you manage to get it installed it should run ok from what I heard. I gave up and went with VirtualBox.
64 Bit openSUSE 11.2 will run VMware Server version 2.0.2, 32 bit openSUSE will not. OpenSUSE 11.0 and 11.1 (both 64 and 32 bit) will run VMware Server version 2.0.1.
Check your version of openSUSE with this command:
. What do you see?
