install suse 11.3 from external hard drive

Hello !

I want to install SUSE 11.3 to an internal hard from an external 20 gig usb hard drive. Not a usb stick a hard drive. How would i accomplish this ? Find some kind of boot cd ?

Thanks in advance for any help.

As USB memeory sticks mimic disk devices, to the system they all look the same. Thus search for the USB stick solution.
