Hello
I am trying to install open suse 10.1enterprise server and it gets to the screen that checks the system details and then it asks for a (rescue log in and password) to contiue.
I have no idea what that is.I have tried what ever I could think of including my novell login details,No go.My computer has no passwords attached in the bios.It’s being setup on a clean hard drive in a secound hand

Not trying to be rude here as I am here to this area of things and linux but from what I could read and the link you gave me I’m in the right place.
This is an Open Suse forum section and I did click on the install/boot/login section.
Not if I am in the right place could you please be a little bit more spcific about where it should be rather then being a smart alic and coping everything I wrote.
Honestly if you don’t have an answer or anything smart to say then you really have no reason interfering.

There are two different version of suse
One is opensuse and they other suse enterprise with two different forums.
According to you;re post you use the enterprise version , so you should post on they other forum
This forum is for opensuse.
They other one is the business version
