Install KDE 4.2 without internet

I want to try KDE 4.2 but I dont have internet at home, I have downloaded the openSUSE KDE 4.2 live cd, is it possible to install KDE 4.2 from this CD in my current openSUSE 11.1 installation?, if yes, How?, I used the official openSUSE 11.1 32 bit DVD to install my system, I dont have KDE 4.1 installed, only the KDE 3.5 desktop is installed.

Thanks.

don’t hold me to this, since i’ve never done it before myself, but i
think that you just start the installer from the live disc and there is
an upgrade option.

if not, it might be possible to do this through yast’s software module.
