Install IAXMODEM init script

Guys,

Could some one help me on finishing the install for IAXMODEM init script on OpenSuse 11.3_x64

When I place iaxmodem.init.suse or iaxmodem.init.fedora into /etc/rc.d/iaxmodem,
then chkconfig --add iaxmodem drops:

insserv: warning: script 'K01iaxmodem' missing LSB tags and overrides
insserv: warning: script 'iaxmodem' missing LSB tags and overrides
iaxmodem                  0:off  1:off  2:off  3:on   4:off  5:on   6:off

Any help?..
