Install failure. openSUSE 12.3 from ISO burned to DVD on SATA Raid 1

Install has problems with the drive(s) on this system Current version of the install DVD burned from the ISO - Checksum etc all good, onboard media test of the DVD passes.

Partition selection was as suggested with LVM ticked and Suggest Home ticked.

Is this a driver issue…? How the fsck do I tell?

It’s an onboard SATA RAID with 2 x 1TB configured as RAID 1.
