Hi
What desktop environment?

Which release of the driver did you install (15.9, 15.11?).

Qt: 4.8.6
KDE Development Platform: 4.14.10
kde4-config: 1.0

Not sure what driver version this the best for this one?
Will not risk black screen on boot.

Hi
And your on Leap 42.1? I though that used Plasma5?

Black screen is easy to fix by popping onto a terminal pressing ctrl+alt+F1 through F6 and ctrl+alt+F7 (or sometime F8) gets you back to a GUI…

I would suggest building the rpm using the 15.11 script (since you have a R9)

On the page you linked, see the section ‘Building the rpm yourself’. Just make sure you uninstall the other ones you have installed first.

Leap 42.1? I though that used Plasma5? Yes, Not sure how to build it,guess i need .sh file to compile it. http://josiahmanson.com/prose/overscan1.png](http://josiahmanson.com/prose/overscan1.png)Not sure how to fix scale setting because when i try to fix get better games setting its hide startmenu so i not have possible to set image size of desktop.

xrandr --newmode “1920x1080” 148.50 1920 2008 2052 2200 1080 1084 1089 1125 +hsync +vsync VGA_out=“$(xrandr -q | grep -m 1 '' | cut -d ’ ’ -f1)” xrandr --addmode $VGA_out “1920x1080” xrandr --output $VGA_out --mode “1920x1080”

Tryed some like this.

Hi
Did you run the command aticonfig --initial to create a /etc/X11/xorg.conf to override the /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d files?

Yes, download the makerpm script and follow the instructions it’s very automated…

I get fixed the most.

So i only need one AMD drivers in this setting.

But its did not download R9 280x drivers.

Do this corrrect way so drivers is not available?](http://ask.xmodulo.com/add-packman-repository-opensuse.html)
