trying to install opensuse 13.1 on an original mac pro, I cannot get past a screen that gives me two choices to select the type of cd to boot from 1. standard, (i think) 2. uefi. machine just hangs, its been doing doing it with versions from 12.3. I have managed to install 12.1 quite easily (64bit) so I figure it has something to do with the way the later version discs are booting, that is, trying to use a 64bit efi. does anyone know of a way to install at least 13.1 on an original mac pro (1,1)?
