Every time I boot opensuse 11.0, I get a blank OpenOffice.org document staring me in the face on my desktop.
Anybody know how to stop this without disabling the program altogether?

Are you using Gnome or KDE (which version of KDE)?
…gnome…
Okay:
Click on the Main Menu at the bottom left of your desktop and click the control panel icon in the top right column. In the Control Panel, search for “sessions” in the search field, and click on the Sessions icon in the panel. When this loads, it will show you your sessions that load on boot. Check to see if anything for OpenOffice is there. If there is, delete the sessions and logout, and log back in to see if OpenOffice loads on start again.
I hope that solves your problem.
