In KDE 4.4.1 AutoLoginDelay=10 doesn't work.

I can autologin without delay but as soon as I set ‘AutoLoginDelay=10’ and try to login, login screen freezes and no user can login. I’m in 11.2 x86_64 with these repos:

Is anyone else having this issue? Does anyone know of a fix or bug report? I haven’t found one yet in open SuSE, Fedora, Mandriva, or KDE. And it is happening in all 3 distros since KDE 4.4 so it is probably a KDE issue.

[Workaround at login screen is to select >Menu>Shutdown>Cancel and whichever user is selected will be logged in. Yes really. Yes in all 3 distros.]

I’m going to go to KDE.org and see what I can find out…

Looks like this is ready for a good bit of bugreporting

Bug report filed:

https://bugzilla.novell.com/show_bug.cgi?id=585320

And then upstream:

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=229475

EDIT: Was wondering if anyone else was having this problem?

This is scheduled to be fixed in KDE 4.5.2.

https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=229475

In Mandriva Cooker we have:

KDE - Platform Version 4.5.68 (4.6 >= 20100912)

and this bug is indeed fixed there.

Thanks to the KDE developer.
