In dolphin opening a teminal with F4 is there a shortcut to pass from dolphin to terminal

Hi, in my leap 15.6 running KDE when in dolphin I open a teminal with F4, is there a shortcut to pass from dolphin window to the opened terminal window below the dolphin window?

I don’t know of one. But you can try tapping F4 twice.

To pass “what”?

manythanks, it works but only to go from dolphin window to terminal window and not the reverse

if the dolphin window is selected a shortcut to select terminal window and the reverse

In which case I suspect the shortcut you’re looking for is Ctrl-Shift-F4.

If you want to toggle focus between the terminal and file browser then it’s Tab and Shift-Tab.

manythanks Ctrl-Shift-F4 . it works

Hilarious that people mark their own response as the Solution, when it was someone else.

The post by @flymail should have been marked as the Solution.

you are right, I supposed that solution was a mark for the entire post

I haven’t been on the openSUSE Forum for many year now (WSL/WSL2 openSUSE just isn’t the same) and the ‘Solution’ mark is new to me. I do not know what difference it makes.
