impossible to get into bugzilla

i’m logged into the forum, try to get to bugzilla and i DEMANDS i log
in with novell…i do and it says

“Please confirm that your email address is valid by clicking here and
following the instructions. If you have already done so, please log
out and log back in.”

so i log out and back in and it sends me to a

https://secure-www.novell.com/center/regadmin/jsps/home_app.jsp
Novell Customer Center
Blah B. Blah, , Denmark - Edit Personal Profile

where i learn “There are no alerts for you at this time.”

so, i try again to get to bugzilla, and get another

“Please confirm that your email address is valid by clicking here and
following the instructions. If you have already done so, please log
out and log back in.”

so this time i try clicking on the email address validation and see
“Enter Validation Code:” which i did YEARS ago…

gimme a break, please

Sounds like a bugzilla issue - have you tried the feedback link on the
bugzilla pages?

I am pretty constantly in Novell’s bugzilla instance, and often am in the
web interface for the forums at the same time and I’ve never run into
this…you might try clearing cache & cookies and see if you can
duplicate.
