Currently I am running windows vista 32-bit addition with 320GB hardDrive.First i download CENTOS 5.2 but that’s suck.It wasn’t configure internet .So after that I found out that openSUSE 11.1 is the best So I download it and burn the ISO file to DVD.At the booting time it shows me the menu.I choose installation but after that it started loading and stuck there.
-But one day it shows me the screen of language selection but the mouse wasn’t moving and even my keyboard wasn’t working.Can anyone tell me what is the problem?
-I also have free partition os 57GB.I’ve downloaded CENTOS 5.2 in that.
There are a lot of threads in here about installation which you may find
helpful. Did you verify the ISO before burning, after burning (with
some ‘Verify’ option in your burning software), burn at the slowest
speed possible (it seems a lot of drives need this for some reason, see
threads for details) and possibly run the media check from that boot
menu before installation?
Good luck.

After you start the installation, press the Escape key to drop the graphical screen and see the text. Or choose the Text option with F3 (it won’t be as easy to read as doing the above). Or enter this in the Boot Options line on the menu:
textmode=1
Then watch the screen to see where it stops, write that down (of take a pic) and post that info back here.
I found when I turned ACPI off the installation menu booted correctly. Otherwise the keyboard and mouse would lock up. After that, it was smooooooth sailing.
