Im missing some of my icons

Hello, I’m running openSUSE 12.1 and KDE 4.8. I’m not positive if it started after an update or if it was random but one day I noticed that several of my icons were blank, Just a white kinda sheet of paper with the corner turned over and a question mark on it. I’ve searched through the forums and have seen some ways to fix this problem in GTK but none for KDE. And just to let you know, Im fairly new to openSUSE and Linux and I really only know the GUI and very very limited knowledge of the CLI.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, Thanks

I never did see this in kde, only gnome
In my experience it usually clears itself up

That’s pretty much how it seemed from searching the forums, but I’ve got quite a few icons that have been blank for about a week now. Is there anyway to reset the icon cache or something like that. If it doesn’t clear itself up in the next few days I will be able to deal with it, just gonna be annoyed sometimes.

Where are these missing icons located? Do they relate to applications, and if so, can you still launch the application by clicking on them?

This sort of thing can happen when an icon theme is missing. Are they GTK or KDE icons that are missing?
