Icecast - Relaying of webradio station not possible

I’m trying to relay my favourite radio station in my home network. As described in the documentation in the Icecast docs, I’ve tried to setup a mountpoint relay as described here:
Mountpoint Relay, but I couldn’t get to work. The address to the stream is as follows:

Radio 1 128k Stream
What did I wrong in configuration, or is it not possible to relay such a stream with Icecast? Are there real alternatives that are configurable with a realistic effort of work?

Earth icemaster@localhost
<!-- IMPORTANT!
     Especially for inexperienced users:
Start out by ONLY changing all passwords and restarting Icecast.
For detailed setup instructions please refer to the documentation.
     It's also available here: http://icecast.org/docs/

The ACAO header makes Icecast public content/API by default
