I cannot find libqt5-qtdeclarative package in opensuse leap 15.1 repository.
The libqt5-qtdeclarative-devel and libqt5-qtdeclarative-tools are in repository but not the library.
This is used for Teamviewer…

The library is libQtQuick5 or libQtQuick5-32bit which is part of the libqt5-qtdeclarative package. If installing the rpm this should just pull it in…
What version/type are you installing, installing teamviewer-suse_14.7.1965.x86_64.rpm on Tumbleweed and Leap 15.1 shows;
zypper in teamviewer-suse
The following 2 NEW packages are going to be installed:
libqt5-qtquickcontrols teamviewer-suse
libQtQuick5 is already installed…
