I would like to know where and how to warn others of really bad update

I’ve come across an update that messed up a sandbox PC I have.
The thing of it is I’ve started a thread on it:

So could I write a warning post without running into double posting if so where should I put it?

If this is true, write a bugzilla so that the update is removed from the repos.
