I tried to remove the K launcher but I removed almost everything else too:

the easiest way (if you had something close to the default panel) would be to right click on that panel and delete, then right click on your desktop and select “add new panel”
It may be added to the top of the screen rather than the bottom but it is simply a matter of dragging it to the bottom.

But could you tell me how to delete the K-Launcher, I want to add the Lancelot Launcher.
So apparently you right-clicked on the K-Launcher icon and selected “Panel Settings”->“Remove Panel”? That removes the whole panel pf course.
You can remove individual widgets by clicking on the toolbox icon on the far right end of the panel (the cashew) and then right-click on the widget. As long as the toolbox is active, there should be a “Remove this K-Launcher” or similar menu entry as well.
In earlier versions this “Remove this xxx” was available by just right-clicking on widgets (without opening the toolbox first), but this got removed because people accidentally deleted their widgets (the task manager most prominently) and complained.
