Well it is still in ‘public beta’, but looks promising.
Relevancy I agree needs some tweaking.

Have you played with the stacks function?
Do a search on one of your favorite bands using the video function.
Then right click on the video and create a new stack. You can
stack up a bunch of your favorite videos from that band (if there are
any available of course) Save your stacks and pull it up whenever!
